Vodacom Look 4 Me - Track your loved ones

System asks me for a rating, there are no halves here, so I had to give them 1 star :( Wondering if anyone is having trouble with the Look 4 me service. For days now I have been unable to track one of the phones I have listed for tracking. Vodacom says the towers need upgrading and that there is difficulty with the system. They essentially sell a product which is not working. For me it is critical that I am able to track two cell phones to ensure my loved ones are safe, however, most of the time I get a message saying "no location information available". So I received a call telling me NOTHING - no solutions. Anyone know of any other service available. I have changed the one number from another service provider to Vodacom in order to use this service :(
