VODACOM - "Look 4 Help"- Service discontinued without notice.

I have had a contract with Vodacom for close on 20 years now. A few years back I was offered a service called "Look for Help" by Vodacom and it seemed to be very worthwhile so I agreed to begin a subscription. In essence the service allowed you to save four contact numbers and in the event of an emergency, you only needed to remember the one digit you had saved to activate a call to those numbers. I recently tried to change one of the contact numbers and after spending a great deal of time on the phone with Vodacom, subsequently found out that this service had been discontinued over a year ago! My account had however continued to be debited every month for the service. So why my letter to Hellopeter? I am hoping that it may be of help to anyone else who believes that they still have this service and would be in distress as I would have been if I'd tried to use the facility.
