Vodacom locks me out of my cell

The is ********. I have 2 contracts with vodacom for the past 12 years costing me just over a thousand a month. Then my Sony Xperia locks me out ''vodacom protect''. What the fock? It's my DAMN phone. I go to a store and they tell me no lady the phone does this and I should give it 24 hours, the phone will unlock it self. A week has pass going to them every night after working all damn day. They still cannot assist me. Eventually after being without a damn phone which I'm sure they will want there money at the end of the month. I must book the phone in to them for a month for a repair. What the fock am I repairing? So please ANY COMPETENT IDIOT that can assist at vodacom to contact me and remove this damn lock which they placed in the first place. They should also equip staff at the damn store to assist with this damn situations as this is there focken issue.
