Vodacom Loan Phones

I upgraded / migrated my contract on 18 December 2015. The day after I took the phone back as the back would not close. I went back today as the Samsung J1 takes 3 - 4 hours to charge and then is dead again within a few hours. I battle to hear on it and the handpiece gets so hot I cant hold it. I was told I needed to book it in which would take 5 days to be assessed. I explained that I have a cerebral palsy child with a heart defect and prone to seizures so cannot be without a phone and asked for a loan phone. They honestly dont care and said they dont offer loan phones and I signed for the phone. I did not sign for a faulty phone. My old phone was blessed to someone else. Should I book my phone in and should something happen to my daughter and I am uncontactable or cant phone anyone for help as I share a vehcile, I will honestly never forgive Vodacom for giving me a dud phone which I had to send in for repairs.
