Vodacom Loads "CONTENT SERVICES:" *******ly
<p>I found "content services" loaded on my vodacom bill. These services are billed by Vodacom from Companies overseas, apparently where an account holder authorised subcription to such "content services" stemming from companies called "In for Beep", "Go for Spot" originating in Croachia etz. When calling one of these companies, they were very apologetic and will refund me. Ha ha ****** ha Vodacom!? In my opinion Vodacom bills account holders *******ly and cannot verified the billing as they have no proof of acceptance. If you then does not pay your full bill, your line is cut. The BIG BEAST VODACOM is partners in crime with these companies.....this is not on Vodacom!? They take MILLIONS *******ly from South Africans through these ****s. I tried to cancel it with Vodacom, they said they did cancel but then in February it was DOUBLE!! I will take this up with the ombudsman asap! <br /><br /></p>

Subsequent to the above, An email was received from this **** company that Vodacom keeps as business partner, they without any quibles said they will refund me, from February 2016 to January 2017?? This tells me someone is making Rmillions *******ly and Vodacom is an accessory after the fact! Very happely billing customers. I will forward this to the ombudsman for further investigation. I am really appaled as to what is happening here without any scrupples from Vodacom in associating with these ********s. Vodacom talks of phishing!? They are a bunch of ********s as well! And Vodacom has not yet called....tipical !
