VODACOM LIVING UP TO THEIR POOR SERVICE
Been trying now for 3 days to cancel a contract with Vodacom that has expired in June last year. Phoned them yesteday and they promissed they will do it and confirm via e-mail. Nothing happened. This guy was more interested in updating the contract than cancelling it. Try to phone *** today. They keep on cutting me off. Try to phone the helpline 082 111. Cannot help me in Afrikaans. Second time I phoned a voice told me due to high volumes they cannot help me and cut me off. No reply to my e-mail. So what now?

11 Mar 2020, 12:13OK, Yesterday Vodacom promissed that a consultant will make contact with me in due course to assist with my query. It is now another day further down the line and nothing happened. I have tried Vodacom Online Chat now. This is the message: Vodacom: Our Online consultants are all in chat sessions, visit help.vodacom.co.za or contact us on 082135 for assistance or continue holding for the first available agent.

11 Mar 2020, 12:26Finally somebody (I'm not going to mention names) chat to me on the Online Chat. All she did was to refer me back to the number *** I must phone. THIS DOES NOT WOR****!!!!!!!!!!! From there on she ignored me. I was basically chatting to myself. I'm telling you I am at the moment very very upset. I have currently 9 contracts with Vodacom and this is the service they have to offer. Been a client for many years and I'm at breaking point with them.
