vodacom lived billed from May without knowledge

I was billed from May this year for vodacom live and i have just noticed it on my statement. The charges are around R127.00 extra per month. I have called and cancelled it but have requested refund as I did not request vodcom live and no response as yet

My account has not been credited as yet. I was still billed this month for the entire amount for August including R127.31 for vodacom live. I checked my balance so far for september and see i have been billed again for R25 for vodacom live!
