Vodacom listing on credit bureu
Listed on credit bureu without any warning or communication.
Please assist on this query urgently.

11 Sept 2025, 11:06Another thing, Vodacom you might have loaded someone else's account onto my name. As I have received someone else's emails for the longest time and I have tried numerous times for you people to rectify the issue and now I am listed.

on a statement received in May 2023 turns out that I was making payments yet you were not deducting instead you were adding therefore my account was increasing instead of decreasing. Also on that not my installment and agreement was R99pm for 24 months but it went from R99 to R105 to R109 to R268 then jumped to R315. even though I was trying to pay these amounts no of them were deducting at all.
My only flaw is not taking time to read the invoices and statements correctly.
