Vodacom Lip Service on Hellopeter

Despite promises from Vodacom here on hellopeter on both 9 and 12 June that they will look into my case and revert - nothing has come of it and nobody has contacted me to try and resolve my issue. Not impressed by Vodacom's lip service! Vodacom please sort this out as I am not going to go away quietly!
