Vodacom line transfer gone wrong

Ms O. Ferreira who was working for Quince Capital (Pty) Ltd resigned and left the company in June 2016. Her cell phone (084 ********** ) had to be transferred from Company back to personal which was done in May. All the documents were filled out and later sent to ********** by the user and she received confirmation by sms on the 30th of May 2016 that the transfer had been done.

In July we received the statement with the user’s cell phone number and when we inquired from Vodacom (attached) we were notified that the transfer was only done on the 27 June 2016 and the number would no longer appear on the statement. The number again appeared on the statement in August, upon enquiry Vodacom notified Quince that this had been transferred back to company at the store however there is no paper trail of this transfer. We have been in contact multiple times with Vodacom business unit however the company and the user is not happy with the resolution proposed as the error is not on Quince Capitals side but Vodacom business unit
