Vodacom Line Change Issues Continue

Dear Vodacom,

Last time I had to leave a review on HelloPeter just to get a simple personal line transferred to our business account. After much drama and fanfare, we were proudly told it was done. But surprise — it wasn’t. Apparently, “done” at Vodacom means “absolutely not done, but let’s all pretend it is.”

To make matters worse, your billing logic seems to have been developed by a committee of confused squirrels:

Our business was charged a handset fee for the line.

Our staff member was also charged a full subscription including the handset fee.

So essentially, you’re billing two people for the same handset that probably still thinks it’s on the wrong account.

We’ve been trying to get this sorted since April — yes, April — and at this point, it feels like we’ll have better luck getting fibre on the moon.

We’ve been loyal Vodacom customers since 1999, which is probably longer than some of your current employees have been alive. This kind of service is just not acceptable — unless, of course, your goal is to drive customers to HelloPeter again.

Please, can someone competent (they must exist, surely?) take ownership of this and fix it before we have to turn this into a sitcom.
