VODACOM LIKES TO TAKE MORE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE!!!!!!
SO>>>>>>> Asked for a Premature Cancellation and was provided a QUOTE based on my request, however the person assisting said that there will be no further amounts payable after cancellation has been paid......2 quotes provided amount inclusive VAT R10,428.11 another amount inclusive VAT R5,407.87, I accepted and paid R16135.98, OK SO MY CALCULATIONS WERE MORE THAN THE QUOTES 03/06/2021.......So biggest joke is that ME Van der Westhuizen got another invoice dated 10/06/2021 - which is for the month of JUNE amount R1,027.78, so on the quotes it shows premature discount June -R1027.80 & -R656.25 but still want me to pay R1027.78 mmmmmm and comes another invoice dated 14 June 2021 with an amount of R16,364.40 MMMM MORE THAN THE QUOTE?????......Well someone has not done their job now they want to recover MORE MONEY FROM ME after I accepted the Quotes provided with information to me stating that no further amounts will be requested from me as the quotes include full and total amounts of cancellation. SO PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY premature discount June -R1027.80 & -R656.25?, BUT YOU WANT ME TO PAY R1027.80 + 228.42? AND I was told that all costs were covered in the amount I paid R16135.98?, Every person phoning me has more excuses to get more money than actually dealing with the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
