VODACOM LIKES TO SAY THAT THEY'RE ESCALATING ISSUES TO MANAGEMENT WHEN THEY'RE NOT
Definitely worse than a 1 star.
I have been trying to get a basic contract with Vodacom for the last month and a half. The contract was signed near the end of February with a vodacom agent who said I would be getting my phone delivered to my work within 5-7 working days. It has now been a month. The only contact i have with this agent is on email and the general vodacom number which I have been calling 4 days a week to find out what is happening with my order. The only response that I get from the Vodacom agents is that they "have escalated the situation with management", which clearly means nothing as I have still NO CLUE what is happening with my order. Then aparently if I want something to happen they would have to cancel the current order and make a new one - which is clearly not a good idea if for this order I have been waiting a month. How is this process effective? If agents keep blaming the system then Vodacom needs to change its system.
And now as I go into the new month I will have no phone/phone contract for people to call me on or me to make a call incase of emergency. Especially now that i cannot go out in public(to Vodacom) during the covid-19 pandemic, this service that they offered to me a month ago is important.
Is the standard or service just not high in general?
ALL I WANT IS FOR VODACOM TO TELL ME THAT THE PHONE CONTRACT I ORDERED IN FEBRUARY IS COMPLETE???
