Vodacom like to ***** money

I had 3 contracts with Vodacom , so I decided to pay 2 of them off , leaving me with one only , got the settlement amounts , paid and faxed and e mailed proof of payment to Vodacom , nothing happened , end of the month Vodacom took al 3 payments off , even though 2 off them has been paid off , phoned Vodacom , spoke to a Magdalene who asked me to re send the e mail to her , then got messages that the 2 numbers will change to pre paid only on the night of 04/04/2016 -this morning one number is not working , and im still waiting to get my money back , phoned Vodacom -spoke to a Phulisiswe Sibeko , that was so rude !! she cant speak to clients and has no manners, why do I now have keep on spend time to phone Vodacom to get my money back, it is the same as the time they took the debit orders 2 times, we were told they'll pay back our bank cost -STILL WAITING!!!, you are fast to take money that does not belong to you, but that is were it stops
