Vodacom lies too much

Vodacom my first business transaction with you has left me traumatized and costly, not adding that the vodacom in Eastgate gave me two calls N the consultants didn't know wat to say to me, today receiving a call From the vodacom team saying it's my word against them after explaining to u what happened my belief is dat u want sales, lie about how strong N reliable is ur product, then when it fails you hide N don't take responsibility, I received no paper or told that the product fails its not on ur side, we must find out after the complain, this is unfair treatment and feel very bul**** out my cash and given a cheap product. I'm writing this because u said vodacom Eastgate will call its going to the end of business day still nothing so you congaplating how you gonna run away from responsibility

Vodacom hello Peter team u told me there's nothing u can do, so ur store in Easthate has not called me or anything this is how you do business, if I go there I ll have the media with me so ppl must not be victims of you. I feel ****** by you
