Vodacom lies to your face

Well it's happened again, vodacom giving you a contract and lying to your face to make a sale, this is just dispicable, even telling me my dispute is invalid because their consultant can lie to your face and it's alright, I asked if I take my contract will I still be paying off my phone and they told me it's paid off, now it's still being billed, robbing your customers, I'm done with vodacom, when this contract ends it's over, vodacom has lost a long and loyal customer.
