Vodacom lies to customers
<p>I upgraded my contract mid January and as part of the promotional package I was promised 10gig of data once off. First I was told I would get 5 gigs immediately since it was mid month a day the remaining 5 gigs on 1 February. When I didn't get the first 5 gigs and followed up I was told I would get the entire 10gigs on 1 February. This never happened. Everything I follow up I'm told it will be escalated and I will get it the next day. I phoned the call centre today and Azwi refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor told me I have no right to. I have been mislead by there staff, **** too and ********** by vodacom. Pathetic Service</p>

I still have not received the promised call from a consultant nor have I received the data. I am leaving the country and this matter remains unresolved....just more lies from Vodacom. Quick to take your money and even quicker to cheat you buy not giving what they promise. And never forgetting to cut your service when you don't pay on time but they can treat you like crazy and cheat and lie

So I'm still waiting for the promised data but even worse, I get back into South Africa to find after an absence of 5 months from the country and no roaming, I have no data, no airtime, I'm told I subscribed to things but the phone was no being used as I was not roaming. VODACOM is a bunch of ******!!!!!!!!
