Vodacom Lies & *****s

<p>Vodacom are the biggest ************ when it comes to mobile packages that I have come ascross so far!!! I changed my package to a cheaper package with less minutes. As far as I was concerned, the only change was that I would be paying less, getting less minutes of course(no problem with that) and a carry over for one month only(again.. no problem with that either). From my recolection, the sales person in PE explained the package(RED Advantage) worked like my old one.. i.e. I get 400min per month.. month one gets carried over to month two.. AND then the month ones minutes get used FIRST before they start using my month 2.. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!!.. However, I only found this out some time later!! So, I looked for another package.. THIS TIME.. I PHONED THE HELP CENTRE, ASKED IF THE CALL WAS BEING RECORDED.. got the affirmative.. ASKED A NUMBER OF TIMES IF THE PACKAGE WORKED LIKE THIS - I get my minutes for month 1.. at the end of month 1 the left over minutes get carried over to month 2.. before my new minutes for month 2 get used.. the left over minutes for month 1 will get used.. I WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT THAT THIS WAS CORRECT!! BUT.. as you can believe.. ther ****** ****>> AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!.. At the end of August when I received my new minutes for September.. they started to be used straight away!!!.. Of course.. I phoned VODACOM.. to be told.. their packages dont work that way.. I have given the refrence number so they could go and listen to the recording.. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO!! THE ******(VODACOM!!!) ARE PROBERBLY HOPING I WILL JUST LEAVE IT ALONE!! TO EVERYBODY OUT THERE>>>< DONT BELIEVE A WORD THE ****** VODACOM TELL YOU!!! DOUBLE CHECK EVEYTHING!!!! THE ARE LIERS AND C HEATS!!!</p>
