Vodacom Lies right in your face
Dear All
I have been with vodacom for decades. The incompetence of their Agents is sad. I have been going back and forth with Vodapay issues. The team eventually after weeks resolve it but then messed up my Vodapay. A week into this month I still had my rewards bar on Vodapay and Summer. Then they did something and it dissapeared. Now afte again struggling with and Agent I am being told the promotion is not running this month. How do yoy lie in my face like that. My friends and family still have it. How do I trust you? I made payment via Vodapay of over R5000 this month and due to your incompetence I am not seeing my rewards. Is this how you operate? With lies and deception?

25 Mar 2024, 11:45I was called by Vodacom. Promise was made that someone will contact me on Friday latest and still nothing. A promise made is something you keep. Does this not apply here! I am still sitting with my problem and NO comeback from Vodacom

Thank you for the information. The issues I have. How do I trust you. Your Agents **** right to my face twice. I have the proof. Then when I logged this complaint I had a rep from here call me the next day to advise that He will get someone to contact me from management on 22/03/2024. This is now a week later and no one has tried to contact me or supp**** me updates. The transaction was done in March and it is the end of march now and still nothing. My App is still not showing my rewards bar as required. I am not getting my rewards and this unknown is a big headache. It is not cool when one is **** to.
