Vodacom Lies and ****s

Vodacom's attention is drawn to the fact that my contracts were migrated to a higher priced package I did not agree with and that I did not agree to such a higher price and the must have been misled by the consultant who called myself around the end of January 2020.

It's not the first time I have been de*****ed by Vodacom in this manner, in 2019 I was signed up for insurance I had no knowledge of and Vodacom took full six (6) months to pay me and failed to pay the full amount they stole from me.

Its unfair that clients are de*****ed by your consultants and no one is taking accountability.
