Vodacom lies and deception
Mohamed from retention promised me a deal.the phone arrived but none of the benefits are loaded.after many phone calls and hours lost on the phone he tells me he will call me on 01 july to add everything.guess what?no call! again i call and wait and get stories from different people they finally get him to call back.he then tells me he will call me back at 13:45.it is now 17:05 no call and no benefits added.i am a business man and can't sit hours waiting for a call!if you can't give me what we agreed on then please cancel my contract!

04 Jul 2022, 18:02Query on 1 number was resolved but not my other number.he promised me same deal on both.the biggest issue i have is that i had to run after you guys before I got what was promised.no apology or phone call but i had to keep calling and complain until it was done
