Vodacom lies and ********
Vodacom Rewards sales what bunch of lies tell you one thing that they will reduce your Total bill if you take a deal. than you double check and the want to double you monthly payments and no feed back on your request and i want the phone recording
than second complaint be going for over two months now want to cancell a contract was told it would cost R169 to cancel the get quote for almost R3000 for the same request was promised feed back on multiple occasions asked for the Recording there is always and story thanks Aksay Senior consultant.
I want al 4 contracts cancelled Now or i will take this the legal rought

agree to a deal in 2021 where half the promised stuff still has not been giving by vodacom
earlier this year was told a price for cancelation would be R169 then get a invoice\quote tfor almost R3000.00
Than get a call to upgrade and promised that all my contracted would be reduced to 80% of what i am paying now if i take the deal i agreed than they send me a qyote that will double my mouthily fee and when i complain and want the deal they offer then they can't do it i want the recordings from the call and they don't want to given them to me
been promised to have management phone me and no one ever does. please cancel all my vodacom contract at vodacoms cost I will be taking this further
