Vodacom LIES

DO NOT TRUST VODACOM. I was contacted by a lady called Alicia to inform me that my TYPE of package is out of date and that they will need to move me over to a different package, I asked several times if this will cost me more and she repeatedly told me that it would not. I have been charged over R400.00 more PER MONTH for this pathetic package that they have moved me over I am currently paying over R 1200.00 a month, which I NEVER would have agreed to. I have repeatedly phoned over the last few months to try to sort the issue out and to get a copy of the recording with zero feedback, today after I emailed them they suddenly inform me that that they listened to the recording and I will have to go to a Vodacom shop to get a copy but all is in order on their side. I know for a fact I would NEVER have agreed to paying more per month as I was already paying above what I am happy to spend per month and I most definitely would not agree to paying even more! DISGUSTED in Vodacom's service and how they lie and ***** from their customers!
