Vodacom Lies

The manager at the above store is uninformed and blatantly lies to me. VODACOM SIM CARDS DO NOT WORK IN DUO PHONES This is what he told me. I later confirmed with Vodacom Customer Care that this is blatant lie which was OBVIOUS as I was using a Vodacom SIM Card in my Duo phone right in front of him. When asked to literature to support his lie he could not produce any and apparently also dies not know his own surname. He was simply to lazy to do his job and could not care less that he lost a Vodacom client today. DO NOT TRUST VODACOM they lie employ lost a and care less . It took a wonderful MTN lady to help me. Well done MTN. No wonder you are so much more liked as a provider.
