Vodacom lies

I am just here to let people know that Vodacom's R799 Huawei P30 Pro Free Smart Watch Deal is a lie.... I have been a vodacom customer for years... I needed a phone urgently... I went to Vodacom 4U Musgrave, a guy by the name of Siya assisted me. He told me I've been partially approved on condition, I bring my bank statement. I went to get statement from bank, when I got back I noticed that R799 free smart watch deal... I then asked him, how much am I paying for the deal I'm taking? He told me R769... I responded, why are we not taking that R799 deal so I get a watch? ... He then told me my score has suddenly dropped... Which is impossible. I have a clean credit record and more than R40 000 get deposited into my account every month and I have a good account. He told me I should go he'll call me back after 4hrs he is waiting for vodacom to respond. That was last week Thursday. So I was chasing him calling asking for response, he was avoiding my calls... He eventually called back and told me my application is still pending... Mind you I've had a contract with vodacom before. Friday I was chasing him the whole day as I needed a phone urgently... Late Friday he told me he hasn't heard from vodacom. That's when I went to another network, where my application was approved immediately... In conclusion , Vodacom lies... I had really pictured myself with that watch as I live an active lifestyle...
