Vodacom Lies.
Vodacom's reply: 29 Jan 2020, 14:03
Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. Kindly be advised that we were not able to make contact with you however responded via email. Regards Consumer Website Team
So apparently Vodacom did phone me. But the person that phoned me, was more concerned about talking BS to someone else about UPS's when phoning me and then puts the phone down on me not once referring to me at all.
Vodacom Please train your staff on etiquette and manners as well as lying about stuff. The fact that Vodacom has a breach in their system and not willing to fix it concerns me. Specially leaking sensitive information out to other companies.
However. I am going to give a friendly warning before I make this Public and request an Audit from your new Auditors.
Very Kind regards.
I will not provide authentication information via email. The last email I sent to Vodacom got forwarded to other companies with my personal information. Get your damn act together!!!
