Vodacom lies!!

I took out a contract with Vodacom 2.5 years ago,this is how long I've been blown off by this corporation.<br> The Blackberry phone they gave me on commencement of the contract gave me problems from the start,most annoyingly it kept swithching off,without me knowing, causing me to miss numerous business calls.<br> When I took it back to the branch,the representative told me ye,they knew about this problem on this particular model,it was something to do with the battery which I would have to replace at my own cost in order to rectify the problem.<br> I was aghast,how dare Vodacom sell me damaged goods and then expect me to carry the repair costs?<br> Anyway,I bought the new battery which was added to my monthly contract bill,but to no surprise it did not fix the problem,as the phone continued to switch off.<br> Back at the Vodacom outlet a representative informed me that I would have to send the phone in for repairs while they would give me a loan phone in the meantime.<br> More than a month later I received my phone back,and the dmn thing still keeps switching off.<br> Surely the consumer needs to be protected against these nightmare scenarios?<br> Vodacom has breeched our contract!
