Vodacom lies

Theres no truth with Vodacom dishonest and upsetting, i was called to apply for for a phone which i didnt want at first, then the lady kept on insisting i finally took the deal did the application. then they called so that i can confirm details i told the lady can i first please check the black friday delas, then i will choose a double deal she said no problem she will cancel the one she did i must choose and give her the references which i did, then now suddenly it gets declined apparently the was multiple application how? am so disappointed cause after her persuading me i decided to take the phone now theres no fone coming, please vodacom must never call me again am so upset.
