Vodacom Liers And Misleaders

Hi guys.My wife and i had taken out our cell phone contract in february 2015 two blackberrys z3s with vodacom over the fone.We asked the following questions to the vodacom sales consultant b4 taken the contacts/phn as we know she works for vodacom and can advise best :Our questions where: what is a good fone to take that gives u bbm..she rep**** the z3 and we asked if its a troublesome fone she says no there is no come backs or issues with the handset and you pay R199 month per a contract and get free unlimited bbm text with.the z3. Which means bbm is absolutely free which does not run out nor finish.After we agreed upon her words as been a vodacom sales consultant we thought she new best and advised best bt little did we now it was all a lie to make a sale. Since feb 2015 both our fones as gone in for repairs over 3times with repair duration bn 14 to 21 working days and both our handsets replaced twice,our bbm cut when we called the call cntr they sed yet a gain its unlimited cud b system error bt when put to a different department they seem its nt unlimited n we allocated 200migs amnth for bbm text only.
