I didn't agree to this upgrade that you gave me !! I phoned your people that did the upgrade and still waiting for them to come back to me after they listened to the recording. I'm sick and tired of your ****...I'm busy locking an complaint with the consumer board!!! will see who is right and who is wrong!!!!!!!!! You **** to me and gave me wrong information!!!!!!????
