Vodacom **** and damaged my credit score
On Friday 24/11/2017 Black Friday I saw a promotion at midnight from vodacom for 2 cellphones at R159.00 for the first 200 customers While there were 179 stock left i app**** and received a confirmation email a quotation which said i will called in 24 hours and a vetting notification Late at approximately 7 .00 am i went online and saw 99 of the abouve promotion still in stock I proceeded to order another same emails were received. However the quotation said 179.00 different from the adverti*****t regardless i ignored. Now the complaint starts i called their call centre literally speaking from 8-4 on Friday that day as each time different consultants either dropped the call gave their misinterpretations or transferred finally at 4 pm when someone tried to help me they submitted a third and fourth application which was approved again and was ordered. On Tuesday i did a follow up and lets ignore the 9-12 irritation on the customer care line It was mysteriously cancelled Both contracts without permission consent or even informing me the contracts were cancelled I've had approximately 8 or more vettings done which i was informed of via email This did not even materialize as my contracts have now not been approved as they say too many credit checks in a week/month also one which was approved last week was approved at the wrong price . When addressed the order was cancelled and up until now no information or updates received Ive spoken to numerous people from all departments accessible to me including social media platforms like Facebook the onliNe sales contract upgrades Queries The list goes on and still nothing has happened pathetic service Im beginning to wonder if anyone received those promotional deals
