Vodacom **** about iPhone13

My iPhone13 was ****** yesterday at Edgars, Tygervalley. I then went to the iStore to see if I could locate the phone and then they marked it on the iCloud as ******. My husband immediately blacklisted the phone telephonically at Vodacom. I then opened a contract in store and asked if there is any way that someone will be access the phone or the information thereon and the consultant said NO, as there is face id on as well as passcodes. He also added that the person will not even be able to do a swipe of the phone as you would require the icloud details. He said it would be impossible for someone to do so. I told him that we will do a sim swap and was informed that only my husband can do so as the contract was in his name. They gave me the sim and it was the wrong sim as we tried to do the sim swap but to no avail. He then managed to do the sim swap this morning, however to my dismay the theives/********** accessed my bank account and wiped all my money via the banking app that was on my locked iPhone. Vodacom should therefore train their staff to not lie about products to their clients. If he did not put my mind at ease that no one will be able to access the phone then I wouldve deleted all my banking apps, but because i was misinformed all my money has been ****** and now i have to fight with the bank to get back my money
