Vodacom lie and cheat

Worst network ever!!! They lie and cheat to sell new deals, then no one will help Transfered to 4 different employees and no help. Do not ever answer a call from them and do not trust anything they tell you ever!

Sales department phoned and **** about the date my contract expires. Foolishly trust the lady i took her up on her offer for the new deal thinking my current one can be cancelled only to find out by visiting the store that the contract did not expire. Now!! No one will help my to cancel the new deal, even though i am still within the cancellation period!! After 6 calls and 6 consultants no one will help me Worst serves ever!!
