Vodacom lie again as usual

I called yesterday to return à laptop which we upgraded..we wanted the HP 15 but were never told that there is no stock. We then got second best which is a Lenovo celeron. We decided ro return it. I was told it could take up to 14 working days before they come to collect. Its never been used. According rpthe activations department i have to wait for someone to call me. I am not paying for something that i did not use and not happy with second best. I want to keep the number to rather go to a vodacare. They advertise to do online upgrade with next day delivery .vodacom that is a big lie vause sometimes you have to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery. Cell number in in question is.***. I want to keep the number but.please come and collect the laptpp
