Vodacom ***** and cheats

Im not happy with vodacom and their rude staff I complained about the subscriptions on my number that took all my airtime and the person was rude . Last year I requested for subscriptions to be blocked on all my vodacom numbers I was told that they were blocked but the funny part is that after I have complained about my airtime that just vanishes yesterday on the 7th o received a message that I'm subscribed on one of your vodacom subscriptions, I find it odd because you guys said I will receive a one time pin to approve a subscription and I never received any subscription so I need to know how I get subscriptions on my numbers if I didn't approve them.
