Vodacom *****

Received a call from Vodacom claiming I’m a seven star client! Was sold a new contract with a new phone and guaranteed it would arrive (this is the third time I’ve been caught!!) Still waiting for the phone weeks later, just been called by a different sales person to ‘upgrade’ and when I asked her for Victor the salesman who ‘sold’ me the upgrade with phone she put the phone down!!! Obviously there is no way to get back to them!!!! Pathetic
