VODACOM LETTER OF PAYMENT , WAITING SINCE 2014

Hi <br> <br> I would like to complain about vodacom , i tried applying for a loan last week , only to be told that ive been<br> denied , upon questioning the denial , they came back and said my previous vodacom account which i have paid <br> has still reflecting money owed this was paid in November 2014 , i phoned vodacom and the backwards and <br> forwards game started , i did numerous times request a letter of payment and still haven't received any response , <br> i phoned again and was told my previous was reallocated and that i would have to go into a vodacom branch to sort this out , all i want in order for my loan to to be approved is the letter i requested in 2014 , ive got my old account number surely it isn't difficult to arrange this.when i needed to pay vodacom they were on me like a fly on sh$t.
