Vodacom let's the kids down

I needed to do Sim swap so I went into Vodacom N1 City. It did not take because my account was in arrears which the consultant didn't inform me. My bad.... I went to Pinelands Vodacom where I was given a figure to pay which I did. I was told they can't help me with the Sim swap I have to go to N1 City. At N1 City they said the status must change to paid up on the system for them to help me. I came back the following day and I was told there is a further amount to pay.... Very frustrated I paid the remaining. I'm not sure why the Vodacom staff are not able to provide the correct information. I called 2 days later to be told my account is clear but the Sim has been assigned to another cell number. I had to go into the store again for a new Sim. My account was still not cleared. They contacted the call Centre to correct this. I had to wait another day for the swap to take place. I had been without this number for over a week... The following day I had a graduation planned for 50 underprivileged kids and no one could get hold of me to donate. I am very disappointed in Vodacom... 5 wasted trips at R50 a trip total R250. I run a Non-Profit Organisation and can not afford to waste time or money. The potential disappointment of the kids is also unacceptable
