Vodacom let thieve still my fiances number , on the 23 February we receive the phone call that the sim swap is in progress we told them that we never requested for any sim swap the consultant assured us that the sim swap will be stopped and the number will be protected on Sunday morning we receive the sms that the number has been port to Cell c we phone to find out what happened to sim swap being stopped and number being protected they told us that we must phone the port department in office hours of which was monday 8am . we did phone them they told us that the number will be restored in 24 hours today is another Saturday the number is still not working not even a feedback so as to why , Imagine not having your number for the whole week not knowing what is the culprit doing with it , not being reachable by your love ones . this cellphone company is having our personal information of which they suppose to safe guard .
