Vodacom let me down, The worst experience, Bad service and no assitance

Vodacom has the worst service in the world. There is no one so pathetic as the people working at Vodacom retentions, account, prelegal and customer care. I have been sent everywhere. You people have the worst attitude and NO listing s****s. You have force feed me rotten meat. we have followed your process, paid you the money. The time I spent on the phone that I will never get back you have ******. All I wanted is to cancel my contract that's it. I just wanted a normal Vodacom prepaid. I am sitting with a suspended phone, can't make or receive any call. NO OTP's means no banking, I am tired, hungry and so very angry. The worst experience I have ever had. My line is still blocked, still suspended and I paid a long time ago. Don't use Vodacom they will let you down even if you sent a letter to the SLO
