Vodacom let down

On the 18th January 2017, I received a quotation or upgrade of new phone. The only upgrade or convention I have agreed on is for 2gig of data every month on 071 ********** for R110.00. The delivery address that appears on the quotation is not even my address. I’m staying in Thaba – Nchu in the Free State but it says Johannesburg. On the 18th January 2017 I called Vodacom Call Centre to try and stop the delivery of the phone but they said their systems are offline. I again called on the 19th and I spoke to the lady by the name of Refilwe ( ********** ) and they assured me that they have sent a request to the company that was supposed to deliver the phone to stop the delivery and advised me to call again after three days to find out if the phone has been returned to the store, to my surprise Mpho told me that it has been delivered on Friday the 20th January 2017. She told me I need to submit documents to Vodacom ***** department. To be honest this is not fair on me as I have tried to stop crime before it happens only to be failed by Vodacom itself. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for a long time, but this kind of treatment makes me change my service provider in order to get a better service somewhere. I feel the whole situation could have been avoided only if Vodacom could have acted accordingly when they were alerted.

I hope to get an assistance quickly as will NOT PAY for something I did not request.
