Vodacom let down

On the 25th January I asked Vodacom to investigate a ***** on my account. On the 06th February they responded via email ********** from Eltino Martin) saying I need to send copy of ID and affidavit which I did send on the 06th February 2017. On the 16th February 2017, I received Investigation outcome from Mlu Dlokweni ********** stating "

Dear Tshiu,

Kindly note that your added on line dispute has been investigated and confirmed *****.

With regards to reversal and refunds feedback to be provide within 7 to 14 working days, Your reference number is EC-0BGS-2KSGZO. Please call ********** for reversal/refund enquiries". I phoned Vodacom again on the 01st March 2017 after receiving a call saying my account is in arrears. I spoke to Vusimuzi ********** and he said he will find out form Mlu what is the hold up in closing the matter. On the 13th March I received an Invoice which states that i owe Vodacom R5,281.64. Can someone please explain what is it that I need to do because I will not pay that kind of amount. Vodacom has really failed me. I'm now writing to ICASA as we speak.

Your co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Tshiu **********
