Vodacom Lenovo Tablet Insurance

Worst service ever!!!!!! I will definitely not upgrade my contact with Vodacom at the end of August....I want to be done with *********** people!! I had a contract with Vodacom - Lenovo Tablet for my son for school. So the volume buttons was starting to give trouble and I wanted it fixed before my contract ends. So the told me, I need to courier my tablet to Lenovo Fetch and Repair in Pta to get a quote...I receive a quote, so I phone Vodacom to let them know that the quote is R1500.00. ( I have insurance on the tablet that I've been paying for almost 2years). Then I was informed that they can not pay the quote, I need to pay it and they will reimburse me in 2/3 working days. It's almost 2 weeks.....I will probably never see that money!!! Cannot wait to be done with this useless company!!!
