VODACOM LEGAL THEFT?

Vodacom is practising legalized theft. I am appalled by they way they process a ********** case, which I reported to them 17 Nov 2017. This ******* debit order, has been processed thrice on my bank account! A 6th number was mysteriously added to my contract. I have x 5 cell phone numbers on my contract for probably 20 years and have never been in arrears with my account. However, this opportunity for Vodacom was abused and an ******ionate amount was pilfered from my bank account. I spent considerable amount of time in preparing the affidavit, authorise it at the police station , sending the necessary documents to Vodacom ***** and endless phone calls! The ******* cell phone contract, was issued at a shopping mall in East London, according to Vodacom, hundreds of kilometres away from where I stay. Ironical my son went through an upgrade process, the same day, and I had to go through numerous security checks with Vodacom, as the primary account holder. I am convinced voice recognition was part of the security check. According to this, which ******* person in Vodacom approved, this ******* new number to my contract? I warned Vodacom , very sternly, NOT TO AUTHORISE THE DEBIT ORDER OF: R7283.20 from my Bank account 1 Dec 2017! Another ******* amount of R1490.35 on 1 January 2018 an ANOTHER AMOUNT of R350.88 was debited from my account. That is after another phone call 16 Jan and 29 January! THIS IS DISGUSTING VODACOM!!! During enquiries and explaining the importance of this mistake excuses are offered about departments not doing their work. Get rid of *********** staff! This brings me to the next question: 1. Should I port my cell numbers to MTN? 2. AM, I BEING ABUSED to fund Vodacom elsewhere? 3. Do I contact my attorney for a case of theft? I DEMAND a REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND PROMPT REACTION FROM VODACOM WITHIN 24 HOURS! IF NOT, FACE THE CONSEQUENCES! Heidi Fourie
