Vodacom Legal not knowing where my account is.

I'm referring to previous email, Whatsapp communications and a Hello Peter complaint, but not one is helping. Spoke to Vodacon Legal agents on ***, but the Vodacom agents says the my Vodacom account is not with them and I can not speak to a manager, because that is not how it works. A manager will phone me, but no call received. I wanted to settle my account, but no one can help me. Apparently my account is with VVM and VVM says my account is with Vodacom.
