Vodacom legal help line cuts off.

I recently changed bank accounts as I was a victim of ***** and still a victim of ****** Identity so most of my debit orders were in arrears because of a particular bank which I will deal with later. Vodacom was one of them that never debited and when I try to call their legal department to sort this predicament their Vodacom and can't as it cuts off.<br> <br> So frustrating.
