Vodacom legal ***** and lazy staff

I logged a complaint regarding Vodacom ***** of my account being handed over to 3 attorneys for the same debt. So I received a call today and the guy said he will not investigate where my payment are I have paid to 3 of the legal collection companies. I need to do it myself and ask what they did with the money. How can I contact there people to ask why they never paid the money to ***** client
