vodacom legal department

I got a vodacom tablet in February that I was not happy with and returned this to vodacom. a courier service collected the tablet and confirmation received that tablet was indeed received. 10 month later and i find myself on the credit buro and received legal letters from jacobsburnard attorneys that i have been handed over for non payment. contact them and they after the holiday period refered me to vodacom legal dep ***. i dealt with variouse people and everyone there promise to phone me back without any luck. i spoke to a simphiwe today and was rudly told he does not work with the query and i must phone back tomorrow to speak to leva that help me before but never return any of my calls. im sitting with a credit buro record no phone and nobody to sort out the problem vodacom has done and this is now becoming my problem. help
