Vodacom legal care center is so trash and rude to customers and vodacom consultants

Vodacom legal care center is so rude & unreliable. They keep blocking my contact number instead of helping me. Now they threatening to block my number due to non payment yet my account is not in arrears and other customer service representatives are able to assist but legal department keeps blocking my ID number & number because they fail to update the status of my account. I'm so sick of vodacom. Anyone who comes across this review and knows how to sue or deal with vodacom please reply to me.

My account ha been handed to the attorney due to the errors in your part. I've never missed a payment and even the money that I claim to owe was debited from my account over a month ago. You hand over my account to attorneys that are never available and are unprofessional. How can I fix an issue with people that are always unavailable and avoid every interaction with me to fix the problem at hand
