Vodacom leeching money from customers to gain sales

Hi, Vodacom has ****med so much money from me.I have a contract with them, I made a case about them last year for changing my contract without my consent. So I asked them to change it back to what I had originally agreed to. Only to find out today that those changes were never made according to the consultant I was speaking to. So they've been intentionally debiting double amount payments to my contract. Please can you assist
